
My Story
Through my own personal journey, training and attending fitness classes with a supporting community changed every aspect of my life
I have not been an athlete all my life. In fact, when I first committed to training my main purpose was to escape and distract myself from a difficult situation in my life. I was already feeling worthless and that I was not "fit" to face nor overcome my challenges (or anything).
The gym was simply my getaway, and I kept going while putting my "issue" on hold (or that's what I thought I was doing). Months have passed, then years. As I became more fit, I started to change gradually. I became stronger and more confident. I gradually faced my deepest fears, and have crossed to the other side a new transformed woman.
It was not "easy", but through this transformation journey I have learned more about who I really am and about my actual potential (and yours!). Through getting to know my body, I have realised its ability (and longing) to face hardship so it can evolve... and keep evolving and transforming as long as we live.

My Purpose
We (women) are more than curves and superficial measures. We are human. We are a miracle. Our hearts beat and our minds wonder. We are not on Earth to "entertain", we are created to live the full life that is meant for us.
Our bodies as women and specifically in our communities are associated with "shame". No matter how your own circle is "light" in comparison, we are still part of a bigger picture that affects us in a way or the other.

My mission is to support women in having a healthy relationship with their bodies, and to coach them in training from a place of "love" and appreciation for their bodies, and not a place "punishment". My philosophy "Conscious Transformation" embodies my core values and purpose, and is applied to all my program designs.
